- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
Rinse and clean Brussels sprouts, dry and slice in half lengthwise. In a skillet over medium-low heat, add olive oil and garlic. Place Brussels sprouts face down in skillet. Cook until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized. Serve.
