Rock climbing – fun hobby, great for strengthening and gets your cardio pumping.
It is very important you understand safe climbing techniques whenever you climb. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your climbing partners. Whether you are climbing indoors or outside, both require safe practices and instruction.
How should you warm up?
Pro or novice, many climbers don’t often consider the importance of warming up before you climb. Proper stretching provides a warm-up and can prevent injury. Make sure you stretch from head to toes, with special emphasis to hands, finger joints and wrists.
